Dr. Melek Yıldırım Sürme, who graduated from Süleyman Demirel University, Faculty of Dentistry in 2013, started her Ph.D. study at the Gazi University, Department of Pedodontics. In addition to the dental treatment of children, she has also received training on communication with children. She obtained her pedodontist title in 2017 with her thesis titled the ‘Evaluation of Knowledge Levels of Families about Traumatic Dental Injuries’. She is participated in the family of Dental Studio Turkey since January 2018.
Dr. Melek Yıldırım Sürme has been applying fissure sealant, fluorine application, filling and canal treatment of milk and permanent teeth, placeholders, dental trauma treatments, milk tooth crowns, dental treatments under general anesthesia and sedation, treatment of gingival problems in children, bruxism treatments. She is following the current treatment approaches closely by attending many national and international congresses, symposiums, and trainings.
